As we continue to move forward with our new adventure, Living with Art has become a reality! We are excited to share with you our new art gallery. It is just around the corner from our old location and next to Cafe Sparrow. This beautiful venue with its high walls and beautiful natural light is the perfect showcase for presenting the works of the artists now represented by Mulberry Gallery. When you step inside 8042 C Soquel Drive in Aptos Village, we think you will agree that this space is perfect for art exhibits. The open and airy floor plan is laid out with the safety of the viewers in mind with plenty of personal space to explore the art. Our doors are open 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM every Thursday through Saturday.
A sampling of our current stable of artists includes Abstract Art by Owen, Visionary Artist Ray Evans, Botanical Artist Barbara Doan Crawford, Gero Heine with his exquisite photography of coastal and animal life, Alena Byrnes representing both talisman and artifact in her jewelry, and Christianna Hunnicut with her sculpted figures.
We will be showing the art of two new artists during the month of October. Astrid Chevallier is a specialist in equine art. Andre Sati captures the playfulness in landscapes she creates in her mind. We look forward to sharing the work of both artists at Mulberry Gallery and in our October newsletter. Stay tuned!
